  I am surprised nobody has taken you up on your offer.
  
  I would like to ask a question, now that I think of it.
  
  I am looking to employ 10-15 people this summer for a 10 day gig. I have a core group of 10 and every year it's a struggle to find more. How's this year look and what do I need to know or do?
